The experience and skill of the florist, design aesthetic, quality, flower volume, buying power, and your florist’s relationships with their suppliers.

Our Process

Enquiry & availability

Gather your ideas and inspiration and tell us about your wedding style and requirements using our enquiry form. Once you’ve submitted your enquiry we’ll get back to you with our availability and an initial quote for your consideration.

Lock it in

If you’d like to proceed let us know via email. We will then provide you with an invoice and deposit request. We require a 30% non refundable deposit to secure your date. Don’t worry, you will be able to make changes to your quote and get more specific with your details as your wedding draws closer.

Consult & final choices

About 3 months out from your special day we will contact you to arrange a consult (conducted via Zoom or in person). Your consult must be held at least 6 weeks prior to your wedding date, ideally earlier. During your consult we will discuss your final selections and plan for the big day. If you’re unsure - that’s ok, our Creative Director Renee will answer your questions and provide suggestions to make this process seamless and stress free.

Final payment & your wedding day

Your final payment is required 4 weeks before your wedding day. On the day of your wedding we will deliver and set up/style your arrangements exactly as discussed in your consult. We'll handle it all - from the wedding party florals to the ceremony and reception arrangements. With our care and flair we’ll bring together your vision and create something memorable.

FAQ

  • For weddings we recommend booking at least 12 months before your big day to avoid disappointment. We only take on a small number of weddings each week to ensure we can continue to deliver the quality service we value. Regardless we can assist with shorter timeframes - submit an enquiry and we will let you know if we have availability.

  • We have a beautiful and extensive range of vases, vessels, plinths, candles, stone styling pieces and soft fabrics available for hire. However if you are after something different or specific we can discuss the suitability of these items with you.

  • As a general recommendation, many of our couples dedicate 10-15% of their overall wedding budget to florals. If you're envisioning your florals be a standout feature and a central element of your day, this can increase to around 20-25% of your budget to create a truly impactful floral experience.
